A credit card is required to book your first appointment but it is not charged. The card on file can be used for payment at time of service. Your info is encrypted and safe and will only be charged with your permission.
We also accept Health Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for payment and can provide a Super Bill.

We understand that life happens, we get sick, or unexpected emergencies do come up! If you are not able to cancel within the window of our 48 hr cancellation policy, there is a $75 fee for the missed appointment. If you are running late, please call our office to let us know. Late arrivals beyond 15 mins may result in the appointment being rescheduled.

As a first time patient, you will use the Book Online button to: 1. choose a location and then go through the steps to 2. create a profile and 3. book the appointment.
If you don't see a time that works, contact our office 415-968-9758 and we can see if there are alternate dates or cancellations.
